Welcome to Crikex. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Crikex ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 03 Account Rules

Your Crikex account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Choose a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords from other websites. Crikex will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password claiming to be from Crikex, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Account Information

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, update your account promptly. Crikex uses your registered contact details for important account communications — outdated information may result in you missing critical notifications.

Account Verification (KYC)

Crikex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard gaming industry practice. We may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Payments

Crikex accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad as primary payment methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for BDT deposits.

  • Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your Crikex account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside Crikex's control.

  • Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your Crikex balance, contact support with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Payment method ownership: You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Crikex are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are paid in BDT.

  • Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional verification may take longer.

Your money is always yours: Real money deposits (not bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. Crikex does not hold player funds for operational purposes — your balance is held in a segregated account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Crikex offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the Crikex welcome bonus. The welcome bonus matches your first deposit up to the stated maximum amount. A 10× wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

  • Expiry: All bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
  • One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

Bonuses found to be abused will be removed and the account may be closed.
  • Crikex's discretion: Crikex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions.

No hidden conditions: Every Crikex bonus has its wagering requirement, expiry date, and eligible games stated clearly at the point of offer. We do not add conditions after a bonus has been claimed.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games on Crikex — including RNG games, live dealer games, and skill-based games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

  • RNG games: Random Number Generator games use certified RNG software audited by independent third parties. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
  • Live dealer games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time using physical equipment in professionally monitored studios. The outcome of each round is final once the dealer announces it.

08 Prohibited Conduct

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination

Either you or Crikex may close your account at any time.

Closing Your Account

To close your account, contact our support team via live chat or email. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining real money balance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Crikex Closing Your Account

Crikex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

  • You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Your account shows signs of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13 Changes to These Terms
